A member asked:

Can i eat undercooked haddock?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

I wouldn't: Animals should be well cooked before they are eaten, in order to kill the bacteria, viruses, and parasites that might be in undercooked animals. However, many people do eat raw seafood, and they get sick sometimes. Other times, they are lucky and get away with it.
