Shiitake dermatitis has not been studied in detail. In one report, it occurred under half of persons who eat raw shiitakes, but usually affected persons ate more than a single mushroom, so your risk may be low. It seems likely that inducing vomiting would reduce the risk, but only within a few minutes of ingestion. There is nothing to be done after exposure. The good news, however, is...
