Sure, no problem: Even uncooked bacon is safe; it's cured, same as cooking. In fact, totally rare (uncured) pork wouldn't hurt you. A lot of people apparently remain concerned about under-cooked pork. However, the important health problem that started that concern -- trichinosis, a parasite that pigs can carry -- hasn't been a problem in North America for more than 50 years. No worries at all!
