How old ?: The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends waitng for 4-6 months for starting solid foods such as rice cereal, and if you are thinking of naby foods, inteoducing new foods shoukd be done slowly after that, only one or twp per week, helps to reduce allergy responses. No night feeds: Babies will often take a feed if/when offered.If you do in the night,you set his feeding clock to wake up to feed at night. If you like the idea continue, if not, slow down.If he takes a bottle offer water instead of formula. Within a week or so he should settle back into a day schedule.
