Sleep training: She needs sleep training. Do not play with her when she wakes up. Keep the lights dim/off & talk softly @ night letting her know it is not time to play. Also make sure that she is on a sleep schedule w 1-2 naps in the daytime. The last nap should not be near bedtime. Enlist the help of dad to do this, talk to pcp for more specific advice.

Routine: Sometimes cluster feeding in the evening before bed can help and if your pediatrician agrees, this could be a good time to start introducing fruits and vegetables. A good routine during the day- set times for naps and play are also helpful for setting up a night time routine. I agree that keeping the room dark and quiet at 3am and keeping her in her room (not bringing her into your room) helps.

Change the feeds: A full stomach doesn't make a kid sleep longer.Your pattern likely taught baby to use the process of you there feeding her as part of her settle down ritual. She wakes up as infants do after a few hours, and then needs you to do something with her to resettle. Never feed any closer than a half hour before bedtime.Sit near but do not hold her as she settles.Wait 5 min before intervening at night.
