Will a bone spur on the tailbone always be visible on an xray, or can they be missed?

Tail bone : Depends how big it is and the experience of the Doctor looking at those X-rays, some times one gets an entirely different interpretation from the treating Doctor from that from the radiologist. If there is any ?'ask for it to be read again .
