Unknown cause of pain in back of neck had xray years ago showed flattened vertebrae and possible bone spurs. can i get more insight 2 this cause?

Flattened vertebra: are usually due to compression fractures. If there has been no trauma, other etiologies of low bone mineralization that could lead to weaker bones and thus spontaneous or insufficiency fractures should be explored.
