Probably not Ca: Ca of the throat has been associated with oral and throat Ca. The association with high alcohol intake is almost a must so that at your age and with the few cigs. smoked Ca is unlikely. More likely enlarged pharyngeal node present. Oral exam and possible endoscopy needed unless over short time lesion resolves. If symptoms worsen, exam and possible bx needed.
