Was a bit depressed because of lack of support and had anxiety loved going to the gym if i start gym again does it help in dealing with stress ? it's been 8months haven't gone to the gym is it better ? or i should just sleep more to ease the mind

Anxiety: Exercise does help but you should seek counseling too.

Gym is a good idea: It would be a great idea to get involved in exercise. It will help to lift your spirits and provide you with a sense that you're helping yourself become healthier and happier. Going to the gym may also provide you with social support. If you have significant depression, it is also a good idea to speak to a therapist or your physician about this to make sure there aren't underlying issues.
