A member asked:

I am unaware of being in contact with anyone showing covid-19 symptoms. i've only been to the shops yesterday. i've been stressing about the whole pandemic and will seldom go to sleep after 11 each night. could it be lack of sleep or anxiety at play?

Coronavirus: First self-isolate. If your symptoms get worse please go to a Doctor to find out what type of virus or infection you have and get the right kind of medication or call an ambulance to take you to the emergency room of your nearest hospital where you can get tested. If your anxiety heightens you may get help from a Clinical Psychologist. Sessions are available through ZOOM.com

COVID 19: Some symptoms might be related to anxiety, If you went to shops yesterday, for most people it takes 2 to 14 days to develop symptoms of COVID 19. Although there are some reports of incubation periods as short at one day.
