Normal anatomy: There are 2 small depressions close to the midline at the junction of the hard and soft palte called "fovea palatinae" that might look like pinholes. They are not really holes. Hole(s) on the palate are not notmal. For evaluation, see a dentist or an oral surgeon, or an md who specializes in ear, nose, and throat.

Dental exam: You should see a dentist for evaluation. A hole in that area of the palate is not normal and should be evaluated.
