See a dentist now: Taking antibiotics will not solve your problem, only prolong the inevitable... A dental visit. The infection may require drainage. Failure to treat can allow the infection to spread.

Out of curiosity: Out of curiosity did a Dentist prescribe the antibiotic for you. Antibiotics control dental infections, not cure them. A Dentist would have also discussed future treatment ( root canal or extraction) to remove the infected tooth material. Dentist would have also discussed pain Meds with you. Yes, you can take antibiotic and pain killer at same time, but call Dentist to schedule treatment.
