Depends on cause: Elevated creatinine levels are a sign of reduced kidney function, which can have several causes, so it depends on the cause. While no treatment always lowers creatinine, in many cases CoQ10 (ideally the UBQH form), cordyceps (a medicinal mushroom), low protein diet, and reduction of lead toxicity via IV EDTA can improve kidney function and lower creatinine.
