May be fine: Creatinine levels also reflect muscularity. When I was lifting weights every day, mine ran 1.6 or 1.7. In fact, the subscientific formula to estimate glomerular filtration rate includes an adjustment for race "because black people are more muscular." In any case, treat the person, not the lab value.
