I have just had my pet-ct results today that show my lymph node in my groin is 'active' also a spot on my spine that is also 'active' is it cancer?

Best way to be sure-: -is to have the a biopsy of the node done as it is easy to get at. If it is negative,then a spine surgeon should be consulted.
