Little chance.: Cancer is rare in your age group. Lymph nodes can be temporarily enlarged for lots of reasons: infection, or trauma (shaving), reaction to a new soap/detergent, etc. Get checked out and be sure everything is okay and then you can relax. Practice safe sex or you could get an std which can be nearly as bad as cancer.
