White spot on toe: Likely you did compress the blood vessels and decrease blood supply as well as compressed the nerve. has the white spot resolved and is the area warm? if warm and white spot resolved ir was temporary compression. If it is still white and cold seek medical attention immediately it is decreased blood supply. f/u w/ doc.

Doubtful: Most likely you irritated the superficial nerves in that area from the pressurized water. A blood clot would more likely be in the lower or upper leg with swelling of the leg and tenderness in the calf or upper leg.

Nice Try....: If you did, it would have been on the micro-vascular level. At this level, there is hardly a chance that a problematic deep vein clot could form.
