I have a tingling numb feeling at the top of my big right toe, and there is a small blood clot on the far right corner?

Bump to the toe.: Numbness, especially on the top of the big toe, with the appearance of a sub dermal blood blister, usually means an injury of sort. The trauma may not always be memorable but could be a subtle as shoe pressure. Give it a few days to settle down. If the conditions do not improve, or get worse, an evaluation may be necessary.
