See ur doctor: while ur symptoms are consistent with fundoplication, including inability to vomit/belch, the pain features could indicate other problems that developed such as hernias or inflammation/ulcers. Seek MD or Gastroenterologist. Urgent attention if red flags such as increase pain, fever, blood, change stool color, weight loss. Happy to consult but need more info such as past history, current meds, etc.

Diet?: You have not given enough information for an intelligent answer! One thought from what you have said is your weight and diet! We all eat and drink things that are very unhealthy and irritative to our GI system. For a simple start I would recommend a "Dietician Consult" and a "HealthTap Consult". Wish you well!
