Check your diet/bevg: Feel like you have bubbles inside your stomach is not a common finding, unless you're drinking carbonated beverages/ sodas. So you may want to contact your doctor, so s/he can do a complete physical exam focusing on your abdominal area. They can listen with the stethoscope over your stomach to see if they can hear bubbles, and advise you further.
