Pain with meals: Given your history of acid reflux, which hasn't been treated in a while, and pain that worsens with meals, you could have a gastric ulcer. I would go to your physician for further workup and at the very least resume your PPI medication. Also avoid spicy foods, acidic foods, and caffeine to help reduce the frequency of reflux.
