My stomach constantly hurts, makes me feel sick. every thing i eat or drink makes it worse. diagnosed with acid reflux after neck surgery 5 years ago. had gall bladder removed 1/2021 ,problems ever since. pain turns into extreme spasms at times?

Fully agree with Dr. Le, as your chronic complaints raise concerns of peptic ulcer, esophagitis, and a variety of other upper G.I. problems. A gastroenterologist is indeed indicated and suspect a "scope" will be necessitated. Do not delay, as there may be a risk of additional complications in the future.
