Is it safe to take extra strength tylenol 2 times a day for a few days for an injury, even though i have a stomach issue? my stomach is sensitive from reflux and irritation and i don't want it to hurt my stomach?

Tylenol is OK for your stomach and should not exacerbate your reflux. Typically ibuprofen/advil/aspirin/other NSAIDs are the ones which are hard on your stomach.
