Fatty acid needs: vary and testing is best. They can be slightly blood thinning. See your doc before supplementing. In general, at least i cap. in a.m. and 1 in p.m. is best. Make sure the EPA & DHA add up to 50% or more of the total mgs per cap or it will be too weak. Look for purified 2X on label also. Peace and good health.

Yes: If it is recommended that you take fish oil/omega-3, it works best when taken daily.
