should i be concerned if my fish oil supplement gives me about 700 milligrams of omega 3 per serving, is this enough for one day?

No: Why are you taking it in the first place? If you have no idea why as most people then that dose is fine.

Thanks for your candor, Dr. Krauser. The last three of three big studies on fish oil show zero evidence of a cardiovascular benefit.
