Meds not working: There are many benefits of Omega Fish Oils, and some people do feel that they help to stabilize the mood and improve inattention. However, in a person who is already on several psychoactive Rx medications, Omega Fish Oils will likely not provide the mood stabilization you are seeking. A re-evaluation of your current medication regimen would be more prudent.

Two questions!: You're really asking two questions. (1) Is it safe to take omega 3 supplements with your current meds? YES. (2) Will it improve your mood? UNLIKELY. There's NO evidence that taking omega 3's's will improve your mood, although purchasing them might improve the mood of the drug's stockholders. They may have cardiovascular benefits. The data's unclear. But
