Should i be concerned about the noises that i hear in my knees when i walk? i have no pain, no swelling. sometimes there is a slight fullness feeling.

Crepitus: Crepitation, or crepitus, refers to popping sounds that we hear in the joints in our body. There are several causes of crepitus, bone, bursitis, joint capsule, or tenosynovium. Knee noises: It's ok for your knees to have occasional cracking if un associated with pan or swelling .many times fullness is a sign of swelling. If the noises r related to bending your knees or kneeling ,squatting or going up and down stairs , u should have them checked
