I was told during an mri scan( for another reason) that it appears my pancreas is enlarged...are there any symptoms/problems i should be aware of?

Talk to doctor: The question is why did you get the MRI in the first place. Do you have some sort of symptoms already? The symptoms associated with pancreas depend on the nature of the cause for the enlargement but the symptoms of bowel obstruction or malabsorption usually occur at the late stage. Your doctor would be the best person to address your concerns.
