Enlarged pancreas: This is not good. It could be inflammation or a host of other causes. You must follow through with the treatments plans of your doctors.

If: Nothing will clearly point to a diagnosis i would possibly consider a biopsy or even a laparoscopy. The best thing is to talk to you doctor and ask what else can be done to arrive to a diagnosis. I certainly do not like the nodes seen on mri...
