No need to worry: Liver hemangiomas are quite common , usually incidental finding on an US/CT abdomen. They are benign, and most of the time asymptomatic. They are estrogen sensitive, can grow more rapidly during pregnancy, and in rare occasions can rupture and bleed. They can be monitored with US/CT/MRI, the frequency of testing depends on size and stability.
