Ans: It takes until the age of 21 for the period to regulate itself. Not abnormal to have heavy bleeding and cramping your Advil (ibuprofen) gives you comfort also heating pad over the pelvic area helps. Just don't take excessive amounts of Advil (ibuprofen)
