Possible: The described symptoms are not necessarily suggesting a TIA, that will definitely be included in the possibilities. With above mentioned symptoms I would definitely recommend a thorough and timely medical evaluation, Urgent Care/primary care. Symptoms are suggesting either an infection or an allergic reaction, but many other conditions will have to be considered.
