Monday am, i suddenly got a headache like a tension headache, it's worse when i turn my head. advil (ibuprofen) helps for a while, but not completely. it's day 3.

May need eval: Migraines can be exacerbated by movement but if the headache is new, unusual, and sudden, or accompanied by other symptoms, you may need further evaluation. If it migrainous, there are better medications that can be prescribed to help stop the headache.
