The recommended: frequency for Micardis (telmisartan) is once daily. It is not usually prescribed as a twice daily drug. You should follow your health care professional's advice however and take it as prescribed. As such, you should also ask when your blood pressure should be taken for your report. Since this is off label use you better let your PCP guide your therapy.
