What happens if someone is being treated for hypertension and is taking 1 tablet of micardis (telmisartan) 40, can he take a little norvasc such as 1.25mg?

Yes, but: The 2 drugs blend well together but 1.25 mg of Norvasc is a homeopathic dose that won't do anything. If you had a headache, would you take 20 mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen)?
