Natural protein?: Search for info on DASH, Mediterranean & vegetarian diets as these are the only ones w/large amounts of good evidence demonstrating long term health benefits eg lower risk of cancer, dementia, diabetes, heart disease, etc. While our ideas on healthy nutrition are evolving, it's not a bad idea to eat varied foods at each meal, which includes protein, regardless of source, eg animal & non-animal.
