Stress and effects: Under extreme stress one can become very apprehensive and anxious, resulting in a drain in your mental and physical energy. Chronic anxiety can also lead to depression. This may be why you have no desire to do anything. Recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation and to rule out any other contributing causes. Referral to a mental health professional would likely be of benefit.
