Contact DDS: Speak to the dentist. The most profound bleaching that really works is professional bleaching done by a dentist. The OTC products do not contain the same percentage as dental dispensed products and in addition, a strip will only bleach six anterior teeth.

Yes: Whitening strips can irritate your gums. Use a whitening toothpaste instead. Avoid alcoholic mouthwash and irritating foods. Keep your gums clean and they will heal if no other disease factors are present.
