You should be: concerned…the thing with calf pain is the differential diagnosis is a clot which potentially can kill you….(not trying to scare you) but you always have to rule out that which can kill you…always better to be safe than sorry and have that ruled out. A doctor may be able to examine you and conclude that its not a clot by physical exam etc….but, my rule of thumb is get it checked.
