Get examined!: Your symptoms suggest patellofemoral( kneecap) pain. Your 'cyst' may be causing the pain in the back of your knee ( popliteal/ Bakers' cyst ).Not sure if your 'partial' ACL injury is causing symptoms or not without a thorough examination( it can cause cysts in the knee joint occasssionally.) See a board certified ORS. Best of Luck!
