I was told i have a 4.5 mm nodular density on breast. it say also it could be benign. i have to go back and get an ultrasound and more pictures worry?

Difficult: to determine without evaluating the mammographic features, but if they are indeed probably benign(BIRADS category 3) that implies a greater than 98% of it being benign. The ultrasound will help further characterize the nodule. Most commonly these types of findings turn out to be cysts on ultrasound.
