No difference: Assuminng you're talking about chicken, turkey, or other fowl, here's no significant difference in the nutrition or health effects of eating white or dark meat.

Dark/ white meat: When eating chicken or turkey, the dark meat is on the drumstick and thigh. The darker meat contains more myoglobin which causes it's darker color. It is also higher in iron & fat. Both are fine to eat.
