I know pork isn't the healthiest meat to eat. but if i'm going to eat it anyway, are there ways i can cook / prepare it to make it healthier?

Pork: Yes, i would not fry it or bread it. The best ways would be baked, grilled or broiled.

The other white meat: If you avoid fatty cuts it can be a lean meat. Bacon and the like will not help the cholesterol count. Grilling and baking are going to be better options than frying. Prepared or prepacked hams may have lots of additives, preservatives, sugars, and salts.
