I'm allergic to chicken fish turkey and egg (as in scrambled or hard boiled egg). so can i still eat dark meats and be healthy?

Yes: None of these foods is essential since there are many other alternatives. However since fish and fowls are so immunologically different, just make sure that the diagnosed is based solely on a skin test or blood test. For some reasons, many so -called holistic doctors often order igg instead of ige to foods to diagnose allergy. When in fact, igg may well be the antibody which counters allergy.
