Almonds: Almonds are a good source of calcium. Sardines are good too, as well as yogurt.

Calcium rich foods!: From highest to very high in order! cheese-milk-sesame seeds-tofu-almonds-flax seeds-greens-brocholli. Shoot for 1000mg/day!
