R.O. Tumor: Enlarged or swollen lymph glands in groin not normal The process is inflammatory or tumor. Inflammatory nodes usually resolve and are tender arising from a site of inflammation usually on abdominal wall. Must R.O. primary or metastatic tumor to nodes. Check for skin lesions of lower abdominal wall, legs, or perianal region. If no site found bx of node to consider followed by needed therapy.
