Possible tumor: Bilaterality of nodal disease in the groin is inflammatory or neoplastic. How large are the nodes and how firm?. Inflammation is tender. Tumor not tender. Area around anus should be checked for perianal lesion . If lesion is considered suspicious , the node must be removed for dx rather than needle bx which can be misinterpreted.
