Rashes that itch: Rashes that itch can be due to a number of different things - irritants (changes in detergents/soaps/lotions/perfumes), infections (fungal, etc.), eczema to name a few. With the change of seasons (humid to dry air, warm to cold, etc.), sometimes this can cause irritation in locations of scars, stretch marks - especially in people with skin conditions. May be worth a primary care doc visit.
