A member asked:

Severe cramping in back and abdominal area 5 weeks pregnant no bleeding history of molar and ectopic pregnancy. what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Severe Cramping: "Severe cramping" is a worrisome symptom at 5 weeks of gestation. You should probably see your Ob tomorrow about this. It can be caused by many different things. For example, a bladder infection, an ectopic pregnancy, a miscarriage or gas can all give you these symptoms. The only way to find out what is going on is to see your Ob. Best wishes!
