I have gotten my tubes tied back in 2017 after i have birth. in 2021 i took a pregnancy test about 2 weeks ago it was a faint positive. its been 4 years. can tubes untie or grow back. im not hurting as ectopic pregnancy no bleeding , no pain or etc?

Urine test can be more likely to give a false positive. That being said yes people do get pregnant after having your tubes tied. Some quota rate of one out of 500. It would be more definitive to get a blood quantitative hCG test to determine whether or not the urine test was true or not

The likelihood of pregnancy following tubal ligation is rare, but not impossible. I have no idea whether you period was late or otherwise abnormal, but this is what usually occurs to render a diagnosis of pregnancy. If pregnant, see a trusted ob-gyn to discuss options. Although tubal pregnancy is more likely following tubal ligation, as you note, symptoms are absent.
